We are a small registered charity with a Management Committee, Management Team, staff and volunteers who are  from diverse backgrounds with a range of skills and experience. We work together to support people who are or have experienced domestic abuse.

In recent months Lincoln Women’s Aid has undergone significant changes. It has changed its identity, has improved its internal infra structure and has widened the service delivery remit to including providing a gender neutral outreach service, more structured group work for men women and children and new incentives and service delivery methods, including working with those who are worried about their abusive behaviours.

Our new identity, Lincoln Integrated Domestic Abuse Services (LIDAS) has also allowed us to  adopted a small charity KADA, (Kids Against Domestic Abuse) which plays an important part in our future plans. KADA was developed for children and young people by young people and includes education, awareness and support of children by other children and young people
